It does only really leave compression however i would expect to at least smell fuel/wet plug after cranking for a while with no ignition but not even that's happening. If all that stuff is ok, then it's likely at this point you have something blocking the fuel inside your carburetor. Cause of not starting, no fuel draw, no low rpm's most of the time the problem of engine not starting can be traced to a bad glow plug, low battery for the glow plug (1½ volts) or bad fuel.
After An Hour Or So From Filling The Hose With Carb Cleaner, Prime The Engine With A Small Spray Of The Carb Cleaner And Try To Start The Engine.
